Mark Vasquez, for the last 17 years has concentrated his practice on corporate, cross-border transactions, finance, international business, M & A, real estate and tax law. Mr. Vasquez has a broad-based business-transactional practice focusing on complex corporate and tax matters, with an emphasis on cross-border transactions involving a wide range of companies doing business in the United States, Mexico and Latin America.
Mr. Vasquez assists U.S. companies doing business in Mexico and Latin America as well as foreign families and businesses investing in the United States. He also assists U.S. and foreign companies in the expansion of international operations through branches, subsidiaries and representative offices, as well as the maintenance and dissolution of such operations. His previous experience has provided a solid foundation for assisting companies of all ranges in regulation and operation of business units involved in construction, international trade, real estate, telecommunications and transportation. As a result of this business and legal acumen, Mr. Vasquez is actively sought out to make presentations and conduct seminars to various business and quasi-governmental organizations. Mr. Vasquez is admitted to the State Bar of Texas, the United States Court of International Trade and the United States Tax Court. He also serves on the board of directors of various nonprofit organizations.
